14-day frame

If you are unhappy with your frames for any reason, you may return them within 14 days of the delivery date — including the day of delivery itself. We will issue a full refund once we have received the frames back and confirmed they are in a good, unworn condition.
Vision concerns
Not seeing clearly
in your glasses?
If you are unhappy with the vision in your glasses, please do not simply return them — we want to help resolve this properly. As we dispensed the spectacles ourselves, we take responsibility for ensuring your glasses work correctly for you.
Common vision concerns after a new pair of glasses can often be resolved with a simple adjustment, a re-check of the dispensing measurements, or a follow-up with our optometrist. Please get in touch with us directly and we will arrange the appropriate next steps.

Warranty
2-year frame
warranty.
The majority of our frame brands carry a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. If your frames suffer from a fault or deterioration that would not reasonably be expected within two years of normal use, we will arrange a replacement for you.
This warranty covers unexpected wear and tear — for example, a hinge breaking under normal use, a coating failing prematurely, or a frame losing its shape without misuse. It is not applicable to damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.
